Collaboration process - 4 simple steps
NDA +meeting (online or Poznań)
We sign a Confidentiality Agreement (NDA) and arrange an appointment: online or in the office in Poznań. We discuss projects, financial and organisational issues as well as key provisions of the Framework Agreement (the template is provided after the meeting). The goal is to provide as much information as possible so that you can make an informed decision about cooperation.
Framework Agreement + accesses
We sign the Framework Agreement and grant access to our systems (according to scope).
First orders (jointly)
We agree and implement the first orders together - we get to know each other and clarify the standard of cooperation.
Regular cooperation
After a positive evaluation of the first projects, we start regular cooperation.

We carry out projects for nationwide retail chains and commercial facilities. The scope of work, the locations and the standard of cooperation are covered by confidentiality. An NDA is a market standard and a condition for providing detailed information.
Not to disclose to third parties information provided during cooperation talks, in particular regarding Clients, implemented projects, financial issues and the Framework Agreement. The contract does not impose financial obligations - it regulates only confidentiality.
We do not foresee such a possibility. The Framework Agreement regulates the rules of accounting, liability, OSH, guarantees and organization of implementation.
We assign orders after agreeing on the terms: schedule, scope and finances. Only after your acceptance we send the order.
We work with teams of 1 to 5 people or more - depending on the project.
We do not require exclusivity or guarantee of availability of a certain number of hours. We propose to participate in a specific project, and you decide whether you can complete it within a given date.
Depending on the scope, the following may be required: SEP (E up to 1 kV), current medical examinations, occupational health and safety training, permits to work at height and experience in low-current systems. We determine the details individually.
Yes - subject to installation experience (cable routes, installation of equipment, general assembly work). For launches and configurations, we require experience in at least one area: CCTV, SSwin, LAN or electrics.

We cooperate only with entities conducting business activities (B2B).
The rates are set individually and depend on the type of work, the degree of complexity, the deadline, etc. Specific amounts are discussed at the meeting after signing the NDA.
We take care of the timeliness of settlements and a transparent process of acceptance of protocols and invoices. We discuss the details at the meeting after signing the NDA.
Depends on the design and standard of execution. We present the details of the materials at the meeting after the signing of the NDA.
As a standard, we inform you about the possible implementation in advance from a few days to several weeks - depending on the project. With constant cooperation, we try to plan schedules well in advance.
