In the store there was a breakdown of one of the refrigerators. The key problem was not only the quick identification of the failure, but also the possibility of a mistake when reporting, which could delay the arrival of the service or make the service arrive without suitable parts for a given model of the device, which creates the risk of multiple service arrivals.

By tagging each device in the fixtag system, the employee quickly scanned the NFC tag located on the damaged device, automatically reporting the failure to the control panel.

The information thanks to fixtag was immediately forwarded to the appropriate service team along with the details of the device and a description of the problem.
