Without data, there is no AI — key conclusions from AI Summit Poland

AI doesn't slow down — that's why we don't. Each subsequent industry event confirms our belief that artificial intelligence is no longer a curiosity, but a business infrastructure. AI Summit Poland - join the AI revolution! has confirmed that the future belongs to those who can combine data, processes and automation into one coherent system, rather than chasing the fashion for algorithms.

What stood out — both from the stage and in behind-the-scenes conversations — was a mixture of enthusiasm, curiosity and a light AI-FOMO. On the one hand, hundreds of people hungry for knowledge, on the other — many who, after the first attempts of implementation, feel lost and sometimes even disappointed. But that's exactly why this conference was so necessary — because it showed that the market is maturing.

From the fascination with technology, we move on to talking about real effects, risks and changing the way we work.

The most important conclusions — fully in line with what we also observe with our customers:

🟦 Data, data and data again.

The quality, completeness, standardization and availability of data are critical factors for success today. As the classic GIGO reminds us: garbage in, garbage out. Without structured data, even the best AI model will not give reliable results.

🟦 AI Agents — The Future That's Happening Now.

Autonomous systems integrating tools, making decisions and performing tasks is a direction that can no longer be stopped. But for it to work, we need to change the operating model. Single implementations in process snippets bring only apparent benefits. If you really want to increase efficiency — you need to think AI-first, not AI-as-a-feature.

🟦 Security and trust.

The most frequently repeated topic: data protection and the generative risks of AI. Companies are increasingly opting for models that run locally (offline), operating in closed environments. It is not only a question of compliance with regulations, but also of control over your own know-how.

From our perspective, all this confirms that we are on the right track. We already use AI in both products and internal processes — focusing on measurable effects, domain competencies and data security.

The future belongs not to those who talk about AI — but to those who can tame it. If you want, we will be happy to share examples of our implementations and what we are planning in the coming months.
