At Signal Group, we like when activities have concrete meaning and measurable effect. That is why this past Christmas season we implemented an initiative that will stay with the people of Tanghin (Godé) in Burkina Faso for years - we jointly financed the construction of a well with a hand pump, providing access to clean and safe drinking water for more than 600 people.

What has this action changed?
Previously, residents of the village had to travel approx. 2 kmto get water. This meant daily effort, wasted time and limited children's access to education. Access to the well in practice means:
- easier and safer water harvesting,
- improvement of sanitary conditions,
- A real relief for families in their daily responsibilities.
